PANTRY MAKEOVER

Eat Cleaner and Smarter

Let me help you clean up your pantry and fridge. This is an educational meeting in which I will help you with label reading to best understand what ingredients are in your food. We will set goals, offer healthy substitute lists, create a shopping list together, discuss the dirty dozen of foods (which foods you should consider buying organic and foods that are typically safe if not organic). We can also work together with meal planning, recipe makeovers, and smart shopping techniques.

What to expect: 20 minutes discussing traffic light eating (green, yellow, and red foods). Discuss label reading and what to look for when buying certain foods.  The next 30 minutes we will review your pantry and fridge and decide together if these foods fit into your nutritional goals, maybe we can find healthier substitutes for you favorite foods. 10 minutes we will finish with completing a shopping list and recipe revamps if you are interested.
