Service Description
We’ll begin with a slow and mindful Yin Yoga practice—holding seated and reclined poses for several minutes to target the fascia, joints, and connective tissue. This meditative style of yoga encourages you to soften, breathe deeply, and access a quiet, grounded state. From this place of stillness, we’ll transition into a fully supported Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep), a deeply restful guided meditation. In this state between waking and sleeping, the body can release long-held tension, and the mind has space to reset. It’s one of the most powerful tools for reducing stress, improving sleep, and enhancing overall wellbeing.


Cancellation Policy
Please provide me with a 24 hour cancellation notice for all services. If you have to cancel last minute for a yoga class you will be charged for the full $25. Thank you for understanding. If you have to cancel a massage without 24 hours notice you will be charged $25. Thank you for understanding.
