Service Description

Also known as yogic sleep, yoga nidra is a guided relaxation meditation that calms your nervous system and allows you to restore your body and mind faster and more efficiently than if you were to simply take a nap. Anyone, regardless of age or ability, can practice yoga nidra. All you have to do is lie down in savasana (corpse pose) and listen to my voice as I guide you into yogic sleep. The state of being in your theta brain waves. Theta brain waves are the subconscious. In this place, one has access to the stored memories, feelings, and, increased access to intuition. In yoga, this is the place where one can access the Soul - the part of us that is connected to the Universality of all that is. Through this connection, one can reprogram the conscious mind by making positive suggestions.


Cancellation Policy

Please provide me with a 24 hour cancellation notice for all services. If you have to cancel last minute for a yoga class you will be charged for the full $25. Thank you for understanding. If you have to cancel a massage without 24 hours notice you will be charged $25. Thank you for understanding.
