Empowering Your Journey to Optimal Wellness Through Personalized Holistic Therapies in Cameron Park, CA

New offerings in June
Thursday, June 19th 6:00-7:30pm & Saturday, June 21st 10:00-11:30am

Special Pop up Classes in June! Want to explore more YOGA! I have a Yin and Yoga Nidra Combo just for you to explore your mind/body connection. Tap inward more deeply to true healing.

We’ll begin with a slow and mindful Yin Yoga practice—holding seated and reclined poses for several minutes to target the fascia, joints, and connective tissue. This meditative style of yoga encourages you to soften, breathe deeply, and access a quiet, grounded state.

From this place of stillness, we’ll transition into a fully supported Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep), a deeply restful guided meditation. In this state between waking and sleeping, the body can release long-held tension, and the mind has space to reset. It’s one of the most powerful tools for reducing stress, improving sleep, and enhancing overall wellbeing.

Investment $35 per class

Testimonial

"I have to tell you that my hot flashes have stopped!! Last night we went to a dinner with tons of other people, Before, I would have just been miserable and frustrated. It was such a welcome relief!

I can have my 1 cup of coffee and not have to run and take a shower afterwards.

The double chin under my neck is going away too. I'm not doing anything different. I'm just taking the remedies you suggested. It's incredible. The monthly pain I get in my back and my uterus did not happen this month. Im getting things done around my house. Im interested in life again. It's just amazing.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are a great health coach!"

Yoga nidra, also referred to as yogic sleep, is a type of guided relaxation meditation that has been proven to calm the nervous system and aid in the restoration of the body and mind. It is a more efficient way of restoring the body and mind than simply taking a nap. Yoga nidra can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or ability.

Empowering Your Journey to Optimal Wellness

Wellness is more than my profession—it’s my passion and personal journey. With over 20 years of experience in holistic health, I am deeply committed to helping others achieve balance, healing, and vitality.

I am a Certified Health & Wellness Coach (Dr. Sears Wellness Institute), Certified Massage Therapist (Pacific Coast School of Massage), and Certified Yoga Teacher (Transformative Yoga School with Stacy Whittingham and Gena Foreman). My training also includes Yoga Nidra at the Sivananda Ashram, where I deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and the transformative power of deep rest.

To further expand my knowledge and support my clients on a deeper level, I recently enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) to continue my education as a Health & Wellness Coach. My goal is to become a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, allowing me to offer even more comprehensive guidance on the path to holistic well-being.

Beyond my credentials, my journey has been shaped by personal experiences that have profoundly influenced my approach. I have had two natural births, including a home birth, which taught me to trust the body’s innate wisdom. I have navigated mold exposure and parasites, gaining firsthand insight into the impact of environmental toxins on health. I have also experienced PTSA and postpartum depression, finding healing through holistic practices that now inspire the work I do with others.

These experiences have reinforced my belief that true wellness comes from balance—not extremes. Whether through massage, yoga, detox therapies, or wellness coaching, I help my clients reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and restore harmony. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and rooted in the understanding that healing is unique for each individual.

I believe in the body’s incredible ability to heal when given the right support. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, listen to what your body needs, and rediscover your natural state of well-being.

With warmth and gratitude,
Tasha Karidis, HWC, CMT, CYT
