INTUITIVE MASSAGE THERAPY

What You’ll Experience

From the moment you step into my serene home studio, you’ll feel the stress of the day begin to melt away. Soft, relaxing music plays in the background while you settle onto a warm, heated massage table layered with cozy sheets. I use only organic coconut oil and organic lotion during each session, nourishing your skin while supporting your body’s natural healing.

This is more than a massage; it’s a boutique, intuitive, and therapeutic experience designed to restore balance, ease, and deep relaxation.

Every body tells a story—and I listen. Rather than following a rigid routine, I tune in to what your body is asking for in the present moment. Through careful attention, gentle touch, and years of experience, I blend techniques to create a massage that is uniquely yours.

This intuitive style means no two sessions are ever exactly the same. Some days your body may need deep release in tight areas, while other times it may crave slower, soothing work to calm the nervous system. My goal is to meet you where you are—helping you leave feeling balanced, nurtured, and renewed.

Why Do Muscles Feel “Crunchy” or Have Knots?

During your massage, you may notice me working on areas that feel tight, bumpy, or even “crunchy.” These are commonly called knots or adhesions. They form when muscle fibers and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding your muscles) become stuck together.

This can happen due to:

  • Repetitive movement or overuse

  • Stress and tension

  • Dehydration and poor circulation

  • Lack of stretching or mobility

  • Old injuries or scar tissue

Massage helps to release these adhesions, increase circulation,

and restore mobility, so your body can function and feel its best.

How Massage Can Support You

Massage therapy is not just about relaxation—it can also support your body through a wide

variety of conditions and life stages.

If you are experiencing any of the following, massage may be especially beneficial:

  • Arthritis & joint stiffness – improves circulation, eases pain, and increases range of motion

  • Chronic fatigue & low energy – helps restore balance and encourage deep rest

  • Lymphatic congestion & swelling – supports gentle detoxification and immune health

  • Post-surgery recovery – reduces scar tissue, improves healing, and supports mobility

  • Stress & anxiety – calms the nervous system and promotes emotional balance

  • Overwork & burnout – relieves tension and resets the body

  • ADHD & racing thoughts – encourages grounding and focus

  • Headaches & migraines – releases tension in neck and shoulders

  • Sports injuries & overuse – speeds recovery and prevents re-injury

  • Poor posture or desk work strain – relieves stiffness and improves alignment

With regular sessions, many clients notice fewer knots, greater ease in movement, reduced stress,

and an overall greater sense of well-being.
