Service Description
This class is designed to support your body in staying mobile, strong, and steady as you age gracefully. We’ll focus on keeping your hips and knees healthy, improving balance, and maintaining flexibility through gentle strengthening, stretching, and stability practices. As we get older, changes in balance can sometimes create fear or hesitation. In this class, we’ll focus not only on physical movement but also on cultivating mental strength, fostering confidence and trust in your body so you can navigate the aging process with ease, resilience, and grace.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 24 hours before class. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full class rate of $25, or a class will be deducted from your pass. Thank you for your understanding. As a small business, I rely on consistent attendance, and last-minute cancellations create a financial hardship. Your support allows me to continue offering these healing classes.
