Service Description

This session will be 60 minutes from start to finish. You will lay in an anti-gravity chair and allow yourself to be "awake and aware". You will get into your theta brain waves, this is where deep healing takes place.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide me with a 24 hour cancellation notice for all services. If you have to cancel last minute for a yoga class you will be charged for the full $25. Thank you for understanding. If you have to cancel a massage without 24 hours notice you will be charged $25. Thank you for understanding.
