Service Description

We will discuss the incorporation of essential oils in our class, and I will guide you on using them topically, internally, and through diffusion. You will receive a packet that contains recipes and educational information about oils when you leave.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide me with a 24 hour cancellation notice for all services. If you have to cancel last minute for a yoga class you will be charged for the full $25. Thank you for understanding. If you have to cancel a massage without 24 hours notice you will be charged $25. Thank you for understanding.
