Discover the power of intention setting. Let me guide you through daily practices to obtain the life you desire. We will practice journaling and meditation to access our higher selves and gain clarity on our intentions for daily life. Watch as the universe provides when you ask for what you desire.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide me with a 24 hour cancellation notice for all services. If you have to cancel last minute for a yoga class you will be charged for the full $25. Thank you for understanding. If you have to cancel a massage without 24 hours notice you will be charged $25. Thank you for understanding.
