Service Description

This special Yin Yoga and Sound Bath is offered once each month as an intentional pause from the pace of everyday life. It is designed to support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and long-term well-being through consistent, restorative care. Yin Yoga is a slow, floor-based practice that targets the joints, ligaments, fascia, and connective tissues. Poses are held for longer periods of time, allowing the body to gently release tension while encouraging circulation, mobility, and joint health. This style of yoga is particularly supportive for those experiencing stress, fatigue, tightness, or overwhelm, and for anyone seeking a more mindful, therapeutic approach to movement. Each class is thoughtfully paired with sound therapy, using instruments such as singing bowls and gentle tones to help calm the nervous system and support a meditative state. Sound has the ability to slow brainwaves, encourage deep rest, and assist the body in shifting out of “fight or flight” and into a state of restoration and repair. This monthly gathering is not about performance or pushing your body. It is about slowing down, listening inward, and allowing your system to reset. The class is accessible to all levels, and modifications are offered so you can fully relax and feel supported. Beyond the physical benefits, this class also provides an opportunity to connect with a like-minded, supportive community. Practicing together creates a shared sense of presence, grounding, and belonging—something many of us are missing in modern life. This offering is ideal for those who want to: Reduce stress and nervous system overload Support joint and connective tissue health Improve sleep and recovery Create consistency in their self-care Experience deep rest in a supportive environment This monthly Yin Yoga and Sound Bath is an invitation to invest in your health before burnout, pain, or illness demands your attention. Consistent, intentional care helps the body remain resilient, regulated, and well-supported over time. Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, restored, and reconnected.
